Is RozanaBill really free?
Yes — all of it, with no ads and no branding on your invoices. There is one plan, it costs nothing, and there is no second tier to move up to. Sales and purchase invoicing, customers, products, inventory, payment receipts, reports and mobile access are all in it.
How does RozanaBill calculate GST?
We compare your state code with your customer's state code. Same state means the tax is split into CGST and SGST at half the slab rate each; a different state means a single IGST line. Export invoices are billed without IGST. Round-off and the amount in words are applied automatically.
Do I need accounting knowledge to use it?
No. The interface is built around billing, not accounting. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can send an invoice. We also provide a knowledge base and daily human support.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The dashboard is responsive and works on any phone, tablet or desktop. Android and iOS apps are also available so you can bill from a counter.
Where is my data stored?
On a server, in a database kept only for this service, with your business separate from every other business on your login. A working copy is also kept in your own browser so pages open instantly, and it is replaced from the server whenever you sign in. The public demo at /app/demo is the exception: that one really is kept in the browser and resets itself.
What happens to my data if I delete a business or close my account?
Take a JSON backup from the Settings screen first — it is available at any time, and it stays a file you own. Deleting a business removes its documents and any login that existed only for it. After you close the account we delete your data within 30 days, except anything we are legally required to keep, such as a record of a tax invoice we issued.
