Refund Policy
What you can get back, what you cannot, how long it takes, and the one case where we would rather not take your money — a product that did not work for you.

Before this page goes live
Replace the placeholders below with the operator’s real details, and have the text reviewed by a lawyer. Nothing below is legal advice.
- Whether any part of the service is ever charged for. The pricing page currently says nothing is, and this policy exists for the day that stops being true.
- The bank account details to quote for refunds, in clause 5.
- Whether GST on a refunded amount is credited or retained.
- A lawyer's review.
1.The short version
RozanaBill is free, so in practice there is nothing to refund. This page exists for the day that changes, and it is written now rather than written badly later. If you have paid for anything, these are the terms.
- Buy within 7 days and change your mind: full refund, no questions.
- The service did not work for you: tell us within 30 days of paying and we will refund you, even after the cooling-off window.
- We stopped a feature you had paid for: pro-rata refund of the unused period.
- You have used most of a period you paid for: that period is not refundable.
2.Cooling-off period
If you pay for anything and cancel within 7 days of the first payment, we refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason, and you do not have to fill in a form — write to us and ask.
3.When we refund because it did not work
Software that does not suit your business is a bad outcome for both of us, and no cooling-off rule makes it fair. So:
Tell us within 30 days of a payment and we will refund it in full, whatever you have used in the meantime. Tell us what got in the way. We would rather lose the money than keep a customer who is stuck.
After 30 days we can still refund, but we will ask you to tell us what was wrong, and we may offer help or a fix instead of a refund.
4.Pro-rata refunds
If we withdraw a feature you have paid for, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for, calculated by the day. If we close the service entirely, we refund every outstanding period to every paying customer.
A refund is not owed merely because you stopped using the service, or because you closed your business.
5.How refunds are paid
- Refunds go back to the same UPI ID or card you paid with.
- We aim to process within 7 working days of agreeing to the refund. The time the money then takes to reach you is your bank’s, not ours.
- GST charged on a refunded amount is [CREDITED / RETAINED], as required by law.
6.What is not refundable
- Time already used in a period you paid for, once the 30 days in clause 3 have passed.
- Professional services already performed — data migration, setup and training — because the work has been done.
- A free plan. There is nothing to refund.
- Amounts paid more than 12 months ago, unless we removed something you had paid for.
7.How to ask
Write to us from the email address on the account, tell us which payment you mean — the date and amount is enough — and say what you would like. We will confirm in writing before anything is sent.
If a refund has not arrived within 14 working days of our confirmation, chase us. That will not happen, but chase us anyway.
Questions about this policy
Refunds are the easiest thing to get wrong on a small team, so this page is deliberately short and specific. If your situation is not covered here, ask.
